Jan. 9-11, 2026 - Thunder Creek Long Rifles Wintervous, Bear Wallow Road near Martinsville, Indiana. Contact thundercreek1972@gmail.com, Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/thundercreeklongrifles. Wintervous takes place in a cabin. Shoot Sunday. Participants should provide their own water, food and beverages. Pre-1840 attire is required, but modern footwear is acceptable for weather conditions.
Jan. 14-25, 2026 - Alafia River Rendezvous, 1000 Old Fort Meade Road, Homeland, Florida. Early registration deadline is past. At the gate, registration is $80 per person and $55 for traders. Period vendors selling pre-1890 wares. Vendors must be in period dress. Open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday. $30 per table space for vendors. Setup is 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday, or if necessary, 7-9 a.m. Saturday. Public admission is $4 per person.

Juried; reenactor, sutler, demonstrator applications at oldfortwayne.org/get-involved/reenactor-registration. The year dawns anew at Post Miami, a French colonial outpost situated beside the great Native American Village of Kekionga of the Myaamia Nation. The Old Fort will host French Colonial reenactors with displays of domestic life, the economics of the fur trade, and military life. Public hours 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
